Time Standards have been lightly revised. Please consult the
standards posted on the website for any changes.
Hotel will be Best Western Peppertree Auburn Inn - 401 8th St.
SW, Auburn WA. it is 5 miles from the pool, but has big rooms, nice
beds and a superior continental breakfast buffet. So we felt the
extra drive time was more than compensated by the breakfast. :)
Anticipated cost is broken down as follows:
$200 - flight - we will be leaving on a 6p flight on March 9th,
returning early AM on Monday the 15th (back by 930a) This is so
swimmers can get to swim in finals that night.
FLIGHT
INFORMATION: I have booked JoAnna & my flight to Sectionals
already and it was $156 as of 1/8/10 – I
would suggest booking that NOW – We will be flying United
– 3/9 – Flight 0407 – depart 622p, arrive 815p;
3/15 – Flight 0696 – depart 550a, arrive
924a.
$300-350 - hotel (will depend on final numbers) - includes
partial payment for coaches rooms
(3 per room if 2 queen beds, 4 per room if 2 king beds "family
suite")
$50 - entries
$100 - vans/gas
$100 - food for snacks, lunches (4-5), 5 dinners.
Total expense: $800 MAX - hopefully less. (if more
people go - the hotel cost will drop slightly)
$100 - misc expense (movie, dinner out on Sunday)
Slight changes in Bonus Swims:
1 qualified event = 1 bonus swim
2-4 qualified events = 2 bonus swims
5 qualified events = 1 bonus swim
6 qualified events = NO bonus Swims
There will be four heats at finals of all individual
events except the 1000 & the 1650.
