Senior team Workouts Begin |

Senior Team Pre-Season training begins
August 23rd.
This includes Platinum,
Senior 1, Senior 2 & National
Practices will be held Monday-Thursday; 4-530p - August 23 -
September 2nd.
Workouts will be technique focused as follows, with some light
aerobic conditioning. Each workout will be followed with a short 30
minutes of OPTIONAL dryland training:
Monday, 8/23: Freestyle
Tuesday, 8/24: Backstroke
Wednesday, 8/25: Breaststroke
Thursday, 8/26: Butterfly
Monday, 8/30: Free/Back review
Tuesday, 8/31: Brst/Fly review
Wednesday, 9/1: Turns
Thursday, 9/2: Starts
Team Meetings for each group will be scheduled and
posted at a later date. Fall Schedule will become September
7th.
