Registration
Swim
Team registration will be online this year. It will be a new
process…so be patient! We’re trying to streamline the
communication and meet entry process for all our swimmers and this
is going to be a great way to do so – we will test it with
registration first! More information will follow shortly.
We will have two swim clinics to get kids ready for the season with
drills/lingo/rules – August 24-27 & August 31-Sept 3.
Cost will be $20 per swimmer. New members to the team will be
required to attend at least one clinic.
Parents Meeting & Social: September 19th – go over rules
& lingo – ask questions of our expert panel – walk
through the new meet registration format – not required, but
HIGHLY encouraged.
FALL
REGISTRATION
We’re going green this year! All registration paperwork and
placement notification will be sent out via email this year. If you
would rather receive a hard copy either in your folder or via snail
mail, please let me know by July 1st. Otherwise you will receive
your information via email if you have participated with the
Stingrays at any point from August 2008-July 2009. Registration
will be due August 1st for returning Stingray members. If you have
not registered at that point, your spot will be forfeited.
The waitlist for new members on the team for the fall will be open
on July 1st. We will open the waitlist starting August 3rd (after
all the returning paperwork has been received).
We will offer two pre-season swim clinics – one for new
members (to assess ability) and one for returners (to learn the new
drills for the season) in Late August. Senior Team (National,
Senior 1, Senior 2) and Platinum groups will start in advance of
Labor Day and Gold-Silver-Bronze-MiniRays will begin on September
8th (although they are welcome to attend the clinics!). Official
dates will be included in the registration
information.
