Open to swimmers age 14 & Up who make the minimum requirements of the group. This group will assist swimmers who have aspirations of success in the club swimming arena such as Zones, State or Sectional level meets, as an addition to their high school success. Swimmers in this group will be challenged to participate in structured dryland that is tailored to their specific needs during the high school season as well as assisted in maintaining technique and form throughout the season. These swimmers will also be assisted with college decisions, when the time comes as well as periodic goal setting and mental training workshops. Each swimmer in this group will have 1-on-1 meetings with Coach Alexis throughout the season to make sure that training and performance goals are being met.
Equipment Requirements
Paddles, Fins, Pull Buoy, Snorkel, Noseclip, Zoomers, Tennis Shoes, Drag Shorts
Preliminary Requirements:
Ability to make 3 x 300 @ 7:00, holding under 3:50
Ability to make 5 x 100 Kick @ 3:00, holding under 1:50
Ability to make 5 x 200 IM @ 3:15, with four legal strokes
Generally, athletes in this group will have state qualifying times in their age group and/or HS state qualifying times.

Expectations:
Minimum attendance of 5 workouts per week.
Swimmers who are selected to participate in Thursday AM workouts will be expected to attend the Thursday PM workouts as well - for a total of 6 workouts per week MINIMUM.

MTThF: 330-530p Swim
W: 330-5p Swim
Sunday: 8-10a at Carmody
Th AM (starts 10/7, by Invite Only): 5-615a
Dryland Schedule: M/Th Dryland 530-630p; T/F Weights 530-630p; Yoga 5-6p
