Fins, Mesh Bag, Waterbottle, Team Jacket, Team Suit, cap & goggles
Preliminary Requirements:
Level 1
Some meet experience preferred
Must have 2 'B' Times - as per USA Quadrennial Time Standards - 2009-2012.
Must be willing to participate year-round (SCY & LCM)
Must be able to swim all four competitive strokes
Must be able to swim a continuous 200 freestyle and a 50 of another stroke.
Level 2
No Time Standard requirement
Year-round participation not required, but is encouraged
Must be able to swim 100 Freestyle, 50 Backstroke and a 25 of either Brst or Fly
Must be water safe for 45 minutes
Expectations:
Level 1
Attend 3 out of 5 offered workouts per week
Participate in the 10 & Under Circuit meets
Attend highest level of meet qualified for (silver state, senior state, Zones, etc.)
Preparation for Black 1 upon intiation of 4th grade.
Level 2
Attend 2 out of 3 offered workouts per week
Optional Meet participation
Attend highest level of meet qualified for each season
Preparation for Black 2 (at the end of 4th grade) or White 1
